This is not a World of Warcraft post. If you are uninterested in games other than WoW, you can stop reading here..
Ok. Now, the rest of you.. I’ve been playing a little game called Skyrim. For the 2 or 3 that don’t know, it is a single-player open world RPG. It can be played in first or third-player perspective and allows for a great deal of freedom on how you play and advance your character. I’ve been having a BLAST with this game. I’m already over 30 hours into the game and I almost feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface (and I am pretty sure that really is all I have done). It’s a huge, beautiful world and I’m loving every minute I spend in it.
I’ll attach a couple of screenshots I’ve taken so far. I am playing the PC version and only had 2 crashes to desktop so far. The sound is great, the graphics stupendous and the gameplay, to me, is fun and varied. I definitely recommend getting this game (It’s out on the 360, PS3 and PC). Warning if you get motion sick from playing games, this might not be one for you.
Just a few photos from Blizzcon this year. We had a blast at the convention with all the new information and an even better time at the parties (including our own) afterwards! We went to Disneyland on the Sunday after the con and had a great time also.
Yes, Blizzcon 2011 is almost here! Two weeks from today, just about now, the Opening Ceremonies will be starting. For about 4 hours prior to that, people will have been standing in line outside the convention center trying to be some of the first to get in.. Hopefully, some nice soul will let me butt in…
I’m pretty excited for this year’s Blizzcon. Seems like there are a bunch of people that haven’t gone before that are planning on being there and our meetup this year should be bigger and better than ever. I think we are supposed to hear about the new expansion for WoW and maybe they will even let us know more definitely when Diablo 3 and the next installment of Starcraft 2 is coming out.
I might even stand in line this year and play Diablo 3 (if I don’t get into the beta before it).
If you are planning on heading out to Anaheim this year for the convention or to just hang out with us, let me know here in the comments! What are you most looking forward to even if you aren’t going?
